Jeff Roma brings 18 years of healthcare and laboratory industry experience to his role as Co-Founder of US-Biosciences — and this is not his first time building a laboratory from the ground up. Prior to launching US-Biosciences, Jeff successfully co-founded and scaled a molecular diagnostics laboratory before executing a successful exit in 2021. That experience gave him a rare operational advantage: the ability to build a high-functioning clinical lab not as a theory, but as a proven process — from licensure and compliance infrastructure to physician outreach and full-scale operations. The foundation of that career was built at Quest Diagnostics, one of the nation's largest clinical laboratory organizations, where Jeff spent the core of his 18-year industry tenure. There he developed deep expertise in laboratory operations, diagnostic testing workflows, physician engagement, and regulatory compliance — gaining an inside view of what healthcare providers truly need from a laboratory partner: speed, accuracy, clinical relevance, and a team that speaks the language of medicine.
